JDI Integrations, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 2019, offers mission-critical engineering, construction, and logistics solutions for the United States (U.S.) Government and allied organizations globally. We specialize in general contracting, electrical systems, physical security, communications, and expeditionary logistics. With over $50 million in contracts completed, JDI has maintained a 100% on-time delivery rate, supporting critical stakeholders like United States European Command (USEUCOM) and United States Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR). Our teams operate from offices across North America and Europe, including key locations such as Ukraine, Poland, Germany, and Italy.
“A key differentiator for JDI is our expertise in delivering fully integrated expeditionary sites for humanitarian and stability operations. Our capabilities include constructing mobile hospitals, shelters, power stations, and water supply systems, which are essential in disaster relief and crisis situations. Our multidisciplinary team of experts, including architects, engineers, electricians, and material handling specialists, can rapidly build fully functional facilities, ensuring mission success in challenging environments.” -James Kerrick, CEO
Commitment to Human Rights
When Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022, JDI immediately initiated a complex logistical operation to evacuate all local staff and their families from Ukraine to Poland.Despite the peril, our teams continued operations, providing over five million dollars in humanitarian aid, including food, water, and storage solutions, to devastated communities. This response underscored our commitment to protecting human rights and supporting our multinational employees during crises.
Achievements in Ukraine
Since the onset of Russia’s invasion, JDI has played a pivotal role in delivering humanitarian relief to Ukraine, leveraging our European forward-operating bases. Notable accomplishments include:
- Supplying over $2.5 million in portable solar power stations to the National Police of Ukraine, enabling continued law enforcement operations.
- Delivering essential heavy equipment to Ukrainian state-owned utility companies to restore war-torn electrical infrastructure, under a $435,120 USAID task order.
Fulfilling contracts for the United Nations International Organization for Migration (IOM) to provide solar generators and recreational equipment to displaced populations in Ukraine.
Throughout these deployments, JDI overcame significant logistical challenges such as ruptured supply chains and active combat zones, yet consistently met delivery timelines and budgets. Our success can be attributed to our robust EUCOM/USAREUR networks, forward-deployed personnel, and expertise in multi-modal logistics.
Support for Ukraine’s Military and Government
In 2022, JDI transitioned from humanitarian aid to supporting Ukraine’s armed forces and government in their fight for survival. We are now bidding on procurements for heavy equipment like drilling rigs and trucks to help rebuild Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, including electrical distribution centers and rail lines.
Partnership with The Third Eye
JDI has partnered with The Third Eye, a veteran-run Ukrainian non-profit organization, to identify and address critical needs in Ukraine’s military and civilian sectors. The Third Eye’s frontline awareness of evolving challenges, combined with JDI’s engineering and logistics capabilities, has enabled us to deliver tailored solutions to the most pressing issues. One notable success was our delivery of mobile renewable power units to military units facing severe energy shortages. JDI also secured U.S. Army licensing rights to provide overhead protection solutions for Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.
Enduring Commitment to Ukraine
JDI’s presence in Ukraine predates the Russian invasion, and we have remained operational throughout the conflict. Our deep understanding of the local environment, combined with established networks and cultural advisors, has allowed us to respond effectively to the nation’s evolving needs. While others retreated, JDI leaned in, prioritizing the protection of human rights and the delivery of life-saving aid. We self-funded over $50,000 in operational costs to ensure the safety of our personnel and continue providing critical services.
Conclusion
“Our unwavering commitment to Ukraine during its humanitarian crisis is a testament to our resilience, ethics, and dedication to stakeholders. Our teams have repeatedly delivered essential supplies and services to those in need, overcoming significant obstacles and we will continue to do so.” -Nico Woods, COO
