Water Sector Communication and Knowledge Management Program

ME&A is the small business prime contractor under the Integrated Water and Coastal Resources Management (Water II) IQC.  Under a Water II IQC Task Order, ME&A assists the Water Office through the USAID-funded Water Sector Communication and Knowledge Management (WS/CKM) Program by providing technical assistance and support services to the Water Office in support of USAID’s investments in water resources around the world.  The Program emphasizes knowledge management to meet the rapidly increasing needs of the Agency for effective programs in water productivity, water resources management, and water supply, sanitation, and hygiene activities. The program provides communications and knowledge management support including research, analysis, writing, editing, graphic design, and multi-media production, along with obligations tracking, and strategic planning to the Water Office in support of USAID’s water project portfolio.  The ME&A’s program staff includes technical specialists, researchers, policy analysts, writers, editors, graphic designers, and social media and media production experts.
