Supply and Installation of Computer, IT Software, and Equipment for a Case Management and Tracking System in Lesotho
May 2014

Synergy was engaged through an international competitive tender in July 2012 to develop a full case lifecycle Case Management System (CMS) platform for the Lesotho High Court, Commercial Court, and Maseru Magistrates’ Court. Lesotho CMS aims to promote private sector development by improving the ability of administrative staff to manage, track, and report on court cases, thereby reducing the amount of time it takes to dispose of cases.  Synergy worked directly with the Courts from the onset to document their court case procedures and integrate these directly within the CMS. Additionally, the Lesotho judiciary is able to modify and create caseflows for themselves using the Synergy CMS Workflow Designer. This ensures that the CMS remains a flexible and sustainable tool when case regulations are changed or new processes are established.
