December 2013

Working closely with USPF senior executives, Integra provided hands-on support for USPF’s new Strategic Management Plan (SMP). Integra’s experts worked with the Minister of Communications Technology and the CEO of the Nigeria Communications Commission, to guide the definition and adoption of the Fund’s new strategy and focus. They also conducted trainings for key USPF staff on the topics of Monitoring and Evaluation and Data Collection and Analysis. Lastly, Integra reviewed USPF’s most recent Gap Analysis, providing recommendations to improve the targeting of funds, and help the USPF staff to better understand the current status of network coverage and access in Nigeria.
