SBAIC Welcomes Five New Members

SBAIC welcomed the following new members at our April 2013 meeting:

 

New Full Members:

 

Man-Machine Systems Assessment Inc. (MSA) is a small, minority and woman owned government services firm headquartered in Washington DC. MSA has over 23 years of experience specializing in program management office support, defense system test & evaluation, and emergency management. They were recently awarded a USAID contract, Homeland Security and Emergency Management Program (HSEMP), to provide support for their Continuity of Operations (COOP) and crisis communication program. HSEMP will be providing this support through a new web-based automated alert and notification subscription service. 

 

Development Professionals Inc. is a small woman-minority owned business whose mission is to improve the lives of citizens by advancing and facilitating rule of law reform in developing countries by providing T.A. and best practices to institutions implementing activities that foster good governance, transparency, encourage broad political participation, and access to justice to the disadvantaged and vulnerable populations. Their area of technical expertise is in rule of law and democracy and governance programming and they currently hold the International Rule of Law IQC as a small business.

 

USA International Procurement Agency Inc. is a small business that offers solutions to international non-profits and federal government agencies for supply chain management needs, including goods, value-added services and international logistics.  Areas of Expertise include: Needs Assessment; Procurement; Administrative Control; Pre-Shipment Services; Logistical Solutions; and After-Sales Support in the following sectors: Emergency Relief; IT Services; Office Products; Field Equipment; Transport; Water Sanitation & Hygiene; Health; and Program Supplies.

 

New Associate Members:

 

GB2G LC is a woman-owned small business in Solomon, Maryland that specializes in IT services and clinical research; working mostly with the Department of the Navy but hoping to transition into working with USAID.

 

Jobe Consulting Group is a multi-disciplinary, minority, woman-owned professional services company that has been providing services to federal government, international governments, state and local governments, and commercial customers since 2005. They have yet to work with USAID but have worked internationally and are looking to expand more into this space.
