Juárez & Associates (J&A) is excited to be joining USAID and other education researchers, practitioners, leaders and partners in Vancouver for the 60th Annual Comparative and International Education Society (CIES) Conference, March 6-10, 2016.

J&A technical experts and project staff will present at eight sessions on topics ranging from explaining the process for conducting a systematic review of the early grade reading evidence in the Latin American and Caribbean region, to discussing how to integrate gender into education projects to better address the barriers for both boys and girls in achieving a high quality education, to exploring innovative ideas on how to improve early grade reading in bilingual settings, to sharing insights from youth in the Western Highlands of Guatemala about education, employment and life in their communities.
