We are proud to be an ongoing support to USAID and its missions. Visionary is presently supporting USAID by performing short and medium- term consultancies for the Office of Development Credit Authority (DCA) within the Bureau of Economic Growth, Education, and the Environment (E3). Visionary’s consultants provide expert advice in the areas of Finance, Market Analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation, Portfolio Management, Research, Communications and Credit Modeling.
Our team is responsible for providing support to the following countries in Africa: Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia, Liberia, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Egypt. Visionary effectively facilitates all aspects of DCA assistance in E3 by building new partnerships in strategically important sectors that include clean energy, agriculture, municipal infrastructure, and public health.
Our consultants also provide expert technical assistance on structuring credit guarantees, conducting market assessments and financial analysis on potential partner institutions, finalizing DCA transactions with USAID missions and legal counsel, evaluating financial markets and providing business development support, preparing and presenting investment proposals, and cultivating relationships with external partners including investment funds, corporations, and power/infrastructure developers.
